Can my rugs be cleaned in my house?

Having your rug cleaned in our dedicated rug washing plant allows us to give it individualized, unhurried attention, resulting in the most thorough cleaning possible. We have a heat and humidity controlled drying space and utilize various specialized tools/equipment made specifically for the care of Oriental and other area rugs that are not available for use on location in your home.

It is simply not the best practice to surface clean area rugs in place. With that method, we are unable to properly dust out gritty soil and flush out contaminants (read: PET URINE) with the amount of water necessary to do a good job. Using high-heat steam cleaning methods is also quite damaging to the fibers and dyes used in most area rugs, often chemically burning the wool and bleeding the colors.
